Travel within 100 km (straight-line distance) of Maastricht is included in the price. If your accommodation is further away, the quote states a fixed travel fee in advance, before you commit.

Standard: Immersly hosts your tour. The hosting prices above cover keeping it online; term and cancellation are set out on this page. Option: you host the tour yourself and receive the complete files. An exported tour has been tested on a standard web server, without Immersly Studio and without Immersly’s servers. The quote sets out the conditions and cost of self-hosting, the files, usage rights, technical requirements and responsibilities. It also states whether setup help or later updates are included or charged separately.

Annual payment: the term is twelve months from publication and renews for twelve months at a time. Cancel by email with one month’s notice before the end of the term. Existing contracts and different individual agreements remain unchanged. An email is enough to cancel. Creation is a one-off fee and is not refunded if you cancel hosting. When the term ends, I take the tour offline and delete its data after 30 days unless agreed otherwise.

For a holiday rental, living and sleeping areas and access to outdoor spaces are useful starting points. For hotels, we discuss selected room types and shared areas. The exact scope depends on your accommodation.

The spaces should look as you would like guests to see them. Remove personal documents and private belongings from view. Discuss which areas should be accessible before the appointment.

By placing the order, you confirm that you are entitled to have the accommodation photographed and shown. If you lease or manage the property, please clarify this with the owner beforehand.

Photography takes one to two hours, depending on the size of the accommodation. We agree on the specific appointment together.

Several 360° photographs are connected. Visitors look around from one viewpoint and select the next. This lets them explore the spaces shown at their own pace.

We agree on a delivery date in the quote based on the scope and requested features. If you have a fixed publication date, please include it in your enquiry.

Yes. You receive an embed code for your website. Support on external booking platforms depends on what each platform allows.

Included revisions, new photography and later changes are agreed in your individual quote.

The interface of this website and its embedded tours is available in German, English, Dutch and French. Proper names remain unchanged; existing room labels are translated where available. We agree the languages for labels and content in your tour in the quote.

Immersly works with holiday rentals and hotels across Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. Travel within 100 km of Maastricht as the crow flies is included. Longer travel is priced in the quote before you commit.
