Based in Lanaye right at the border of Maastricht, the entire border triangle is reached quickly. Travel within a 100 km radius of Maastricht is fully included across all standard packages.
Photography takes approximately 1 to 2 hours on site. You receive a clean web embed code ready for your own website.

One-off creation from €199 (Small, up to 60 m²), €299 (Medium, up to 120 m²), or €499 (Large, up to 250 m²). Hosting from €9.90/month or €99/year. Under § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.

All three packages include 360° photography, AI-assisted image processing and tour creation. The tour works on mobile devices and comes with an embed code for your website. Travel within 100 km (straight-line distance) of Maastricht is included in the price.
Both floor area and the number of viewpoints limit the photographic scope. The quote identifies the rooms to be photographed. Travel within 100 km (straight-line distance) of Maastricht is included; for longer distances, the quote states a fixed travel fee in advance. Additional photography and later changes are listed separately where applicable. Monthly or annual hosting covers keeping the tour online; it does not include new photography.
Term and cancellation
Annual payment: the first term is 18 months. Hosting then renews automatically for 12 months at a time. You can cancel with one month’s notice before the end of the term.
Monthly payment: the minimum term is 6 months from publication. After that, you can cancel with one month’s notice to the end of a hosting month.
An email is enough to cancel. Creation is a one-off fee and is not refunded if you cancel hosting. When the term ends, I take the tour offline and delete its data after 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
